Emir of Gusau, Dr Ibrahim Bello, Dies at 71
The Emir of Gusau in Zamfara State, Alhaji Dr Ibrahim Bello (Sarkin Katsinan Gusau), is dead.
He died at the age of 71 from an illness at a medical facility in Abuja.
A member of the House of Representatives, representing Gusau/Tsafe Federal Constituency, Kabiru Amadu, confirmed his passing.
The late Emir, Dr Ibrahim Bello, was appointed as the 15th Emir of Gusau on March 16, 2015, by the then Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari.
He succeeded his brother, Alhaji Muhammad Kabiru Danbaba, who passed away at a private hospital in Abuja on 5th March, 2015.
