Fans of Mercy Johnson Disagree As Nollywood Rival accuses her of Evil Doings against colleagues (Video)

Angela Okorie has again resurrected her war against screen diva, Mercy Johnson alleging that she is battling a serious illness and urged her to apologise to the people she wronged.

Mercy Johnson has maintained her poise and dignity and again refused to be dragged after her Nollywood rival Angela Okorie claimed that the Kogi born actress is currently facing a serious health challenge.

GWG.ng reports that Mercy Johnson had in the past reassured her more than 14.5 million followers on Instagram that she was in good health and following a weight reduction regimen and not sick as alleged by some.

Angela Okorie has repeatedly dragged Mercy Johnson over an alleged past beef but the accused has not once responded. On Tuesday, Angela sharpened the attack during a live session on Instagram with her fans.

Angela Okorie explained that despite their past issues, she has now let go of any resentment toward Mercy Johnson, especially after hearing about her ‘condition’ but only urging her to apologise.

According to Angela Okorie, the supposed illness Mercy Johnson is battling is so severe that she wouldn’t wish it on even her worst enemies, but still urged the screen diva to apologise.

Angela said, “I got a news recently that Mercy Johnson is not feeling well, and I honestly feel for her and want the best for her. I want her to win, for real the kind of sickness they told me is not something I will never wish my enemies and today I have forgiven her and will no longer say anything that has to do with her.”

While expressing her forgiveness, Angela also urged Mercy to make peace with others she may have offended in the past. She emphasized that genuine apologies are more meaningful than using religious language without true reflection.

She added, “The truth is that I have forgiven her but she should go and apologise to people she has offended. Tell Mercy to apologise to people she has wronged, apologising to people you have wronged is better than using church words that you don’t represent. Mercy did a whole lot of things in the industry, and today I am forgiving her.”

Angela further revealed that her decision to forgive came after spiritual guidance. However, she made it clear that, despite the forgiveness, her view of Mercy’s past actions remains unchanged.

“From the depths of my soul, I have forgiven her, my spiritual father called me to forgive her. People don’t need to know the issue but if I say Mercy is evil, she is evil but I have forgiven her,” she said.

However, fans of Mercy Johnson were dismissive of the claims of Angela Okorie or her injunction on their screen idol to apologise. One of such fans, regina_anthony retorted thus: Mercy’s dignity won’t allow her to engage with someone as attention hungry as you.
