Gov Abdulrazaq Tasks Pilgrims On Good Conduct In Israel

Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara State wants Christian pilgrims from the state to be good ambassadors of Nigeria and Kwara State in the Holy Land.

Governor AbdulRazaq made the call while addressing Christian Pilgrims from Kwara state at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos,

He commended President Bola Tinubu for his Renewed Hope initiative, which supports both Muslims and Christians in their religious obligations.

He promised to continue supporting pilgrims from Kwara State, regardless of their faith.

The Executive Secretary, Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission, NCPC Bishop Stephen Adegbite thanked the governor for his support and praised his leadership.

He noted that the governor’s physical presence at the airport to bid farewell to the pilgrims was a testament to his love for his people.

The sixth batch of pilgrims, which includes those from Kwara, Lagos, Osun, Ekiti, and Oyo, have been airlifted at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos

The theme for the 2024 main pilgrimage is “Pilgrimage of Renewed Hope for Total Restoration.”
