Senator Echocho Condoles Ibaji Boat Mishap Victims, Reassures of Support

Kogi East Senator, Isah Jibrin (Echocho), has extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the boat accident at Ibaji Local Government Area, which claimed 26 lives.

In a statement issued through his media office on Thursday, Senator Echocho described the tragedy as a painful loss not only to the affected families but also to the entire Kogi East senatorial district.

“I am deeply saddened by this unfortunate tragedy in Ibaji. My heartfelt condolences go to the bereaved families and the good people of Ibaji Local Government. I pray God to repose the souls of the departed and grant their loved ones the strength to bear this irreparable loss,” he said.

The senator further pledged his continued support to the people of Ibaji, emphasizing that their safety and welfare remain his utmost priority.
