Tambaya congratulates Ortom on inauguration as PDP BOT member

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Benue state, Alhaji Shehu Tambaya, has joined other party faithfuls to congratulate the Leader of the party in the State and the immediate past Governor of the state, Chief Samuel Ortom, on his inauguration as a member of the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the party.

Tambaya, who was Ortom’s Senior Special Assistant on Animal Husbandry, said his membership of the PDP BOT was well deserved and called on others leaders to borrow a leaf from him.

Tambaya also noted that Ortom’s membership of the board was ordained by God saying he will use his wealth of experience and leadership qualities to ensure unity, growth and peace in the party.

He expressed confidence that Chief Ortom, who he described as a committed and visionary leader as well as a core grassroot politician, would make a mark to enable the board function maximally and achieve set goals.

He expressed his continued loyalty and support to his former boss and the party’s ideals and objectives and also encourage other party members in the state and outside the state to support him and the entire board to reposition the party to greatness and for the greater good of Nigerians.
