62 Political Groups Rally Behind Orji Kalu, Tinubu Ahead of 2027 Elections

The Tripartite Team—a coalition comprising the OUK Movement, Reality Organization, and APC structures—has declared firm support for Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s re-election bid, stressing that the Abia North Senate seat has “no vacancy” in the upcoming 2027 polls.

Speaking on ABN TV’s Political Perspective, Prince Emma Nwosu, convener of the coalition and an APC stalwart from Ohafia, revealed that the group has evolved into a powerful political force in the region.

According to him, 62 political formations and thousands of supporters are actively mobilizing for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Kalu, and other APC candidates.

“Before now, the party was divided, but Senator Kalu has brought peace and unity. Today, APC in Abia North is stronger and more formidable than ever,” Nwosu affirmed.

He emphasized that Kalu’s track record, coupled with his standing as a ranking senator, positions him as the most suitable candidate to retain the Abia North Senate seat.

Nwosu also urged politicians from Ohafia advocating for zoning to shelve their ambitions and instead back the incumbent, stressing the need for competence and stability.

“Leadership is about competence and results, not sentiment,” he stated.

With the APC projecting unity and leveraging Kalu’s performance, the party expressed confidence in securing widespread victories in 2027—from the presidency down to the state assembly.
