BREAKING: Tinubu Replaces Service Chiefs, Retains Chief of Defence Intelligence

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has relieved the nation’s service chiefs of their duties, announcing a new set of appointments to head the various arms of the Armed Forces.

General Olufemi Oluyede has been named the new Chief of Defence Staff, succeeding General Christopher Musa.

Major-General W.

has been appointed as the new Chief of Army Staff, while Air Vice Marshal S.K. Aneke takes over as Chief of Air Staff.

In the same vein, Rear Admiral I. Abbas has been appointed as the new Chief of Naval Staff.

However, the Chief of Defence Intelligence, Major-General E.A.P. Undiendeye, has been retained in his current position.
