The Senator representing Kogi East, Isah Jibrin Echocho, has urged his supporters across various social media platforms to demonstrate restraint, responsibility, and discipline in their online engagements.

In a statement issued on Friday by his media office, Senator Echocho stressed the importance of aligning with the official communication channels of his office.
He cautioned supporters against spreading unverified information or creating narratives that do not reflect his position.
He further advised against inflammatory comments or posts that could misrepresent his personality or undermine his cordial relationship with the Kogi State Government.
Reaffirming his loyalty, the Senator pledged unwavering allegiance to the state, its leadership, policies, and developmental programmes. He acknowledged that his election and continued service at the National Assembly are deeply rooted in the goodwill and support of the state government, noting his commitment to sustaining and strengthening that bond.
Senator Echocho also clarified that his legislative interventions—ranging from infrastructural development to job creation and youth empowerment—are deliberately structured to complement the state government’s development agenda.
He reiterated his steadfast loyalty to the former Governor of Kogi State and leader of the APC in the state, Yahaya Adoza Bello, as well as his continued support for the current Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo.
