Benue APC Commends TDF for Honouring Governor Alia, Pledges Support for Tinubu, Alia’s Reelection in 2027

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State, Chief Benjamin Omale, has commended the Tiavnyam Development Foundation (TDF) for honouring Governor Hyacinth Alia with an award of excellence in recognition of his remarkable performance over the past two years.

Recall that the Tiavnyam Development Foundation on Sunday organized an award ceremony and Thanksgiving Mass in honour of Governor Alia at St. Veronica’s Parish, Agidi, Akpagher-Mbatiav, to celebrate his achievements in office.

Speaking with journalists after the event, Chief Omale described the award as a clear indication that Governor Alia is delivering the dividends of democracy to the people of Benue State.

He said, “It also shows that the people of the State are pleased with the Governor’s administration. This recognition proves that Governor Alia enjoys overwhelming support and love from the citizens.”

Omale congratulated Governor Alia and reaffirmed the APC’s unwavering support for his administration, as well as for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

He further stated that the party would stand firmly behind both Governor Alia and President Tinubu as they approach their reelection bids in 2027.

Appreciating the TDF for the honour bestowed on the Governor, Omale urged the foundation to sustain its support for Alia’s developmental strides, noting that “it’s not over until it’s over.”

He also pledged that the Benue APC would continue to back any group, individual, or community that aligns with the administration’s vision and supports the reelection of Governor Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Tinubu.

Chief Omale assured that under Governor Alia’s leadership, the APC government in Benue State would keep delivering the dividends of democracy through infrastructural development, improved education, healthcare, agriculture, and other key sectors.
