Deputy Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly, Hon. Lami Danladi-Ogenyi, has announced the commencement of the second phase of her free medical outreach for constituents in Ado Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.

In a statement signed by her Chief Press Secretary, Samuel Agbaji, and made available to journalists in Makurdi on Tuesday, the Deputy Speaker disclosed that the 7-day free medical and surgical outreach, open to all residents of Ado, will be held under her pet project, the Lami Health Foundation (LHF), from September 28 to October 4, 2025.

She explained that the initiative builds on the success of previous outreach programmes in Apa and Akpoge/Ogbilolo Council Wards, where thousands of beneficiaries received various medical services. According to her, the new phase is designed to extend quality healthcare to grassroots residents—particularly women, children, and the elderly—by providing access to consultations, screenings, and treatments.

Chief Ogenyi urged residents of Ado LGA to seize the opportunity to access treatment, noting that a dedicated team of healthcare professionals will be on ground to deliver services.

The statement outlined the venues and dates as follows:
