From Daura’s dust to Abuja’s throne,
He rose with a soldier’s tone.
A man of iron, yet cloaked in grace,
Nigeria’s fate etched in his face.

A general turned statesman, bold and austere,
He marched through history, both loved and feared.
From coups to ballots, his journey profound,
A circle of power, destiny unbound.

He came with promises, fierce and clear,
To cleanse the land, to draw corruption near.
With broom in hand, he swept the stage,
Yet left behind both hope and rage.

Infrastructure rose like morning sun,
Rails and roads, a nation begun.
But shadows lingered—economy strained,
Inflation soared, and youth remained pained.

In northern hearts, his name was song,
A leader firm, who could do no wrong.
Yet in southern winds, the whispers grew,
Of silence loud and justice due.

Security faltered, insurgents thrived,
Despite his pledge, peace was deprived.
Farmers wept, and markets cried,
As dreams of unity slowly died.
