Former Bayelsa Senator John Brambaifa Passes Away at 81

The Senator who represented Bayelsa West in the National Assembly from 2003 to 2007, Senator John Brambaifa, has passed away. He was 81 years old.
Family sources confirmed that the respected politician died on Saturday night in Abuja after battling an undisclosed illness for some time. According to a source, “It is true that we lost Senator Brambaifa on Saturday night.

He had been sick, and the sad incident occurred in Abuja.”
Born in 1949, Brambaifa began his primary education in 1955 and continued his studies between 1962 and 1969, during which he obtained his Ordinary Level and Advanced Level certificates. He also served in an interim capacity as the Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).
