Garki Microfinance Bank Limited is to hold its Extraordinary General Meeting at Shehu Musa Yar’dua Centre, Abuja.

In a statement in Abuja by I. B. Odigie, Esq, on behalf of the Company’s Secretaries, the Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for Thursday 12th December, 2024 at 11:00am prompt.

According to the statement, the Extraordinary General Meeting is by order of the Board of Directors
issued on the 21st of November, 2024.
