The tragic event occurred on September 19, when the mother reportedly attacked the children with a knife.

On September 30, relatives, friends, and mourners gathered for the burial ceremony of the two children. The atmosphere was heavy with sorrow as the father stood in silence, tears streaming down his face, struggling to comprehend the magnitude of his loss.

During the service, a heartfelt tribute from the grieving father was read aloud, expressing his anguish and disbelief as he bid farewell to his beloved children. It read:
