Idu Village Head, Makama, Extends Festive Greetings to Subjects

The Village Head of Idu (Asugeri), host community of the Idu Industrial Area, Chief Mohammed Bawa Makama, has extended warm Christmas and New Year greetings to his subjects, urging them to embrace unity, peace, and moderation during the festive season.
Speaking to journalists at his palace, Chief Makama called on both Christians and non-Christians in the community to continue fostering harmony and peaceful coexistence.

He stressed that mutual respect and understanding remain vital to the growth and stability of the area.
The traditional ruler advised his people to celebrate responsibly, noting that prudence during the festivities would better prepare them for the challenges and opportunities of the coming year.
Chief Makama emphasized the importance of putting God first in all endeavors, reminding his subjects that the fear of God and obedience to His commandments are the foundation of wisdom and a meaningful life.
He further urged residents to uphold unity and peaceful cohabitation, highlighting the benefits of living together in harmony as one community.
