PAOEF Summit 2026 to Unite Leadership, Technology, and Faith for a Transformed Society
The Professor Ademola Ojo Emmanuel Foundation (PAOEF) has announced the maiden edition of the PAOEF Summit 2026, a landmark national gathering designed to address the urgent need for ethical leadership, responsible technology, and transformative faith in Nigeria and across Africa.
Scheduled for February 2026, the Summit is expected to convene between 300 and 500 participants drawn from government, academia, the Church, the technology ecosystem, civil society, and the youth community.
With the theme “Future-Ready Leadership: Integrating Technology, Governance, and Faith for Societal Renewal,” the PAOEF Summit responds to the growing reality that societal progress often occurs in disconnected silos.
Technological advancement is frequently pursued without ethical grounding, leadership systems struggle with integrity and empathy, while faith practice is sometimes detached from strategic national development.
The Summit seeks to bridge these gaps through dialogue, learning, and collaboration.
The Summit is inspired by the life and work of Professor Ojo Emmanuel Ademola, Pastor and General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church, Africa’s first Professor of Cybersecurity, and a respected authority in leadership and governance.
His career uniquely embodies the convergence of faith, technology, and leadership—demonstrating that leadership must be value-driven, technology human-centred, and faith socially transformative.
According to the organisers, the PAOEF Summit will serve as the Foundation’s flagship platform and is envisioned as an annual convocation of thought leaders, policymakers, clergy, innovators, and young change-makers committed to shaping a more secure, ethical, and purpose-driven society.
Key highlights of the Summit include a high-level keynote address on “The Leader of the Future: Faithfulness, Cyber Awareness, and Governance Responsibility,” three strategic panel discussions covering Leadership & Governance, Technology & Society, and Faith & Nation Building, as well as a Youth Spotlight Session featuring TED-style talks from young innovators and student leaders.
A major feature of the event will be the grand public presentation and launch of Professor Ademola’s new book, which will be formally unveiled, reviewed by a distinguished academic or faith leader, and integrated into the wider conference discourse.
The book launch is expected to stimulate national conversation around ethical leadership, cybersecurity awareness, and faith-based governance.
Participants will also benefit from a special cybersecurity masterclass for churches and faith-based organisations, led by Professor Ademola, addressing digital risks and best practices in an increasingly connected world.
The Summit will conclude with networking and exhibition sessions showcasing tech start-ups, leadership institutes, faith-based publishers, security innovation hubs, and PAOEF projects.
The organisers anticipate that the PAOEF Summit 2026 will strengthen national dialogue on ethical leadership, deepen public awareness of cybersecurity and digital governance, and foster lasting collaboration between the Church, academia, government, and the technology sector.
As Nigeria and Africa navigate complex transitions, the PAOEF Summit stands as a timely call to raise a new generation of future-ready leaders—rooted in integrity, guided by faith, and equipped for the digital age.
