Senator Abba Moro felicitates Muslims on Eid Al-Fitr festival

The Senator representing Benue South Senatorial District and Senate Minority Leader, Comrade Abba Moro PhD, extends his warm greetings to the Muslim community in Benue South and Nigeria at large on the celebration of this year’s Eid Al-Fitr.

Senator Moro urges muslims to use the occasion, which is the festival of breaking the fast, to pray for peace, security and progress of the senatorial district and the country at large, and enjoins them to also use the occasion to reach out to the less-privileged amongst them.

The senator calls on muslim brothers and sisters to be guided always by the attributes and lessons from the life and times of Holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW), which symbolize holiness, peace, love and tolerance.

He wishes them a happy celebration.
