President Bola Tinubu on Friday arrived in Lagos for a working visit, as the nation prepares for a modest celebration of its 65th Independence Anniversary.

During his stay in Lagos, President Tinubu is scheduled to meet with key private sector leaders and senior government officials.

On Tuesday, September 30, he will proceed to Imo State to inaugurate projects executed by Governor Hope Uzodimma.

As part of the Independence Day activities, the President will also commission the refurbished National Theatre, which has been renamed the Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and the Creative Arts.
