Value, The Key!

Nothing equals value. It is key, beyond the boundaries of human preference of aesthetics, posh accent, high academic excellence etc. I recently watched Dr. Cosmas Maduka CEO of Coscharis. His deep igbo accent very mesmerising. He held me spell bound more than anyone with queen’s accent would have. The popular Odumeje Ndaboski Bahosa, is a thriller, cracking up ribs, holding people bound in admiration and awe. His accent neither American nor British, his flow in concord, gerund and tenses a nightmare but his command of people’ attention inexplicable.

Cosmas and Ndaboski have one common thing that covers their spoken English accent deficiencies — value. They have values to give, so optimal nobody cares about their accent.

Create value. Make value the centre, like honey one would attract ants wherever they are.

Good accent and command of English, smart looks, ride in expensive cars etc are all good but without value creation, their attraction becomes blunt and prosaic.

While Dr. Maduka creates value with his motivational tips and principles for business development, upscaling of potential etc Odumeje creates his with humor in an unseen manner. To their passionate followers, their accents very immaterial. The value they bring on the table in an alpha manner their attraction. Giving them a good run for their money
