Young Nigerian Voices Charts New Course With Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba, Embarks on Ambitious 10 Million Membership Drive

The Young Nigerian Voices, a support structure of Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba PhD has launched a nationwide membership drive aimed at expanding its reach and influence across Nigeria. With its current membership of vibrant young men and women across Nigeria, the organization aims to increase its membership to at least 10 million, with a focus on engaging youths in the political process.

At a strategic meeting with all state coordinators from the 36 states and the FCT at Abuja, over the weekend, Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba PhD emphasized the importance of youth participation in shaping Nigeria’s future. He said that with over 33 years of experience in the political scene, that he has confidence in the organization’s ability to drive change and promote good governance across Nigeria.

He said, “I want to commend you once more for even accepting to coordinator these large number of youths across the country. In fact, I am overwhelmed and short of words. This is indeed an investment of faith.”

Continuing, Hon Nwajiuba stated that political science is the king of science. “Political science is the science that determines what other sciences do. It is the science of running the affairs of what other sciences do. It’s, therefore, very important that we take it very serious, so that we can bring ourselves out of the doldrums we are currently undergoing in Nigeria.

The Director General of Young Nigerian Voices, Prince Collins Enwere, who spoke from his United Kingdom base, called for an escalation of the organization’s membership drive to enable young people participate actively in future elections in Nigeria. He commended the state coordinators for their dedication and forthrightness in piloting the affairs of the organization, and assured them that its not going to be business as usual, especially for the 2027 presidential election, as Young people across Nigeria are not happy with the situation of things in the country presently.

The National Coordinator of Young Nigerian Voices, Alhaji Usman Ali, and the National Secretary, Hon. Richard Bamisile also praised the state coordinators for their efforts in promoting change through the Young Nigerian Voices platform. They emphasized the need for young Nigerians to take take charge of their future and contribute to the country’s development.

The national coordinator, Alhaji Usman however retirated the fact that the organisation’s membership expansion is crucial at ensuring that young people have a voice in the country’s political process. He urged the state coordinators to redouble their efforts in mobilizing and engaging young Nigerians to join the organization and participate in the democratic process going forward.

With its sights on expanding its membership, the national secretary of the group, Hon. Richard Bamisile said, ” We are committed to empowering young Nigerians to take ownership of their future and contribute to the country’s development. Our membership drive is a critical step towards achieving this goal, and I urge our state coordinators to face the task ahead across Nigeria ”

A press statement from the national publicity, Mr. Chigozie Igbo stated that the membership drive is a critical step towards achieving the organization’s goal of empowering young Nigerians and promoting good governance. The statement said that with the support of Hon. Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba PhD, and the dedication of its state coordinators, Young Nigerian Voices is well-positioned to drive positive change in Nigeria.

He said that ” As Young Nigerian Voices grows, it is expected to play a significant role in shaping Nigeria’s future and promoting a more inclusive and participatory democracy in the country.
