Just about two weeks after two Israeli Embassy staff were killed in Washington, another Jewish community in Colorado has come under attack.

The victims are aged between 52 and 88 years, and included a survivor of the holocaust of the Hitler era in Germany.

They have been taken to hospital, some in severe conditions.

The attack on Sunday night was carried out by a man identified as Mohammed Solomon on a group of Jews in Boulder, Colorado, who were calling for the release of Israeli hostages still in the custody of Hamas.

The nationality of the suspect remained unknown at press time, but the Governor of Colorado, Jared Polis, described it as an unacceptable act of terrorism.
Solomon allegedly heaved Molokov Cocktail and other incendiary materials, using improvised flame throwers, into the venue of the meeting , thereby setting it alight.
Solomon, 45, was said to have shouted “Free Palestine” several times as he launched the attack.

He is due in court later today, to answer to charges of terrorism and related offences.

In the most recent attack, two employees of the Israeli embassy were shot by a man who reportedly shouted “Free Palestine” multiple times while mounting the attack.
Critics say the attacks on Jews is evidence of growing Anti- Semitism.
Israel has walked into global storm over its conduct in Gaza and other parts of Palestine.
Aside from occupying and annexing parts of Palestine, Israel has mounted a hard nose military campaign on Gaza and the Occupied West Bank, as well as a crippling humanitarian blockade on the Gaza enclave.
The military campaign , now in the second year, was Israel’ s responded to the October 7,2023 attack on it by Hamas, the Palestinian group fighting its policies in Gaza and elsewhere.
In that attack, around 1,200 Israeli soldiers, policemen and civilians were killed and around 250 others abducted by Hamas and its affiliated.
