As Muslims across the world mark the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), Senator Ned Nwoko has called on the faithful to remain steadfast in the service of God and the nation while offering prayers for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Senator Nwoko, who represents Delta North Senatorial District and chairs the Senate Committee on Reparations and Repatriation, congratulated Muslims nationwide on the significant occasion of Eid-Maulud.

In a goodwill message issued in Abuja, the lawmaker described the celebration as symbolic, commemorating the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

He urged Muslims and Nigerians in general to dedicate their lives to the service of Almighty Allah as taught in the Quran.

According to him:

> “The privilege granted us by Almighty Allah to witness another Maulud celebration must be greatly valued, as it offers an opportunity for the Muslim Ummah to reflect on Prophet Muhammad’s life of compassion, kindness, and selflessness.”
