Yagba Reps Aspirant Adejola Meets Kogi Governor Ododo After Picking APC Forms

A House of Representatives aspirant for Yagba Federal Constituency, Babagbemi Joseph Adejola, has met with Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo, as part of consultations ahead of the 2027 general elections.

A statement by the GB-IRORUN media team said Adejola paid the visit after obtaining the All Progressives Congress (APC) Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to contest for the seat.

According to the statement, the governor received the aspirant warmly and commended his political engagement and aspirations during the meeting.

The visit, it added, forms part of Adejola’s ongoing consultations with key stakeholders as he seeks to represent the Yagba Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.

Adejola is among several aspirants positioning ahead of the APC primaries, with consultations and alignments expected to intensify in the coming months.
