It is time for the chess game. Nothing is at stake except the soul of democracy. The strategy is worn on their sleeves, nothing hidden, nothing secret.

The bragging is gaining momentum. The proud grandstanding very overwhelming and the compelling display of Demi god braggadocio very shrieking to decent and reasonable minds.

This is not only a battle for votes, more of the battle for the heart beat of democracy at its below 30 level. If this is allowed to happen without stopping them on their tracks, Democracy would have gone by the 16th of January.

Of all the 36 States and FCT, four of them are so dear and strategic to any patriotic masses and shouldn’t be gambled with, no matter the inducement.

FCT, Lagos, Rivers and Anambra are so special. They are the ace in the hole and must be checkmated by the masses and captured without let or hindrance.

Winning those three states and FCT would be a gift of inestimable value to democracy. Abuja, Rivers, Lagos, Anambra Residents get your PVC, vote , protect your votes and ensure they count.

Democracy is government of the people,by the people and for the people through a fair and square elections, not through rigging and pawning of relevant institutions.

The masses have been dared barefacedly. Reduced to mere reeds, fiddled around as zombies and made to look very inconsequential in elections. Three months to the election, they are already grandstanding with an unusual confidence that suggests it is done and dusted.

This isn’t democracy. It is impunity and if this is allowed to thrive and blossom, the soul of democracy would have gone, leaving nothing but the carcass.

This isn’t the time for voter apathy. This isn’t the time of trading off ones votes for some 2k, grains of Rice and face caps. This is the time to show cohesiveness support for the survival of the democratic process. It is not “monocracy” government of one, imposing his selfish ambition and shoving it down the throat of all.

Abuja, Rivers, Lagos and FCT must be a gift from the masses to our democracy. Fangs must be removed, wings clipped and Cho Cho Cho reduced to empty bragging.
