Church Leaders Urged To Prioritize Welfare Of Members

Church Leaders have been urged to alleviate the plight of their members and emulate the lifestyle of Jesus Christ.
The Retired Bishop, Anglican Diocese of Okene, Right Reverend Emmanuel Ajulo gave the advice during the Priesthood Ordination and Installation of a Sub Dean at the Cathedral Church of Advent Life Camp Abuja.
Bishop Ajulo who described Pastors as shepherds appealed to them to give priority to the welfare of their members and shun wordly things.
He charged the newly ordained priests to be true disciples of Jesus and teach their followers according to the word of God.
In his message, Primate Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Most Reverend Henry Ndukuba also advised the newly ordained priests to preach the undiluted words of God and promote religious harmony wherever they find themselves.
Most Reverend Henry Ndukuba believes that the new assignment given to them will bring about peace and Unity in the society.

The service featured special prayer for those in leadership positions and divine intervention to the present Global Economic challenge.
