Dr. Sidney Inegbedion Bags Int’l Eminent Five Star Icon-Nation Builder Award, Seeks Sustainable Wealth Creation In Nigeria

The President of Nigeria Entrepreneurs Forum, NEF, Dr Sidney Inegbedion has received International Eminent Five Star Icon-Nation Builder Award.

The Award was presented to him in Abuja by the Joshua Godson Abiodun Ministry Inc in partnership with Prudent Beautiful Wise Women Club, Nigeria.

Presenting the Award to Dr Sidney Inegbedion during the Organization’s National Empowerment Conference held at the National Women Development Crntre in Abuja, the Founder/President of Joshua Godson Abiodun Ministry Inc, His Royal Eminence King Archbishop Gen, Joshua Godson Abiodun said the award is in recognition of Dr. Sidney Inegbedion’s contributions to national transformation through his Programmes and activities as the President of Nigeria Entrepreneurs Forum, NEF.

According to Prof. Abiodun, the award is also to celebrate Dr. Sidney Inegbedion as one of Nigeria’s Nation Builders in line with the legacies of the Organization’s past recipients such as former President of South Africa, Dr. Thabo Mbeki , former President of Liberia, George Weah, the Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams among others.

He said the move was to further encourage the recipients of the award in contributing their quota towards national development.

While urging Dr. Sidney Inegbedion not to relent in rendering his service and wealth of knowledge to nation building, Prof. Joshua Godson Abiodun said the Organization would continue to embark on programmes that would ensure the betterment of the society.

Receiving the Award, the President of Nigeria Entrepreneurs Forum, NEF, Dr Sidney Inegbedion thanked the Organization for recognizing and honouring him with the prestigious award.

Dr. Sidney Inegbedion said the Award would further encourage him to continue to contribute his quota to nation’s building most especially in the areas of developing the capacity of youth and women Entrepreneurs in Nigeria.

He used the opportunity to call for effective policy that will address infrastructural challenges confronting Entrepreneurs in the country.

The NEF President who identified decayed infrastructure as one of the factors hindering the growth of the nation’s economy stressed the need for sustainable wealth creation and inclusive economic empowerment towards unlocking entrepreneural potentials for national prosperity.

Dr. Sidney Inegbedion advised State and Local Governments to also develop keen interest in upgrading infrastructures that would boost economic activities in their areas.

Dr Sidney Inegbedion who enjoined youths to engage in entrepreneurship activities added that the Nigeria Entrepreneurs Forum would continue to advocate for policies that would reposition the country’s economy.
