FCT Baptist Conference President Congratulates Royal Ambassadors on 10th Anniversary and Maiden Jamboree

The President of the FCT Baptist Conference, Rev. Dr. Dogara Raphael Gwana, has congratulated members of the Royal Ambassadors of the Conference on the celebration of their 10th Anniversary and Maiden Jamboree.

Rev. Dr. Gwana, who was the Special Guest of Honour at the event held in Kuje, Abuja, commended the Royal Ambassadors for their peaceful conduct since their arrival for the four-day programme, which began on Thursday.

Represented by the Minister in charge of First Baptist Church, Garki, Abuja, Rev. Tom Takpatore, the Conference President urged the Royal Ambassadors to put into practice the lessons learned during the camp. He assured them of the Conference’s continuous support in their activities and programmes, aimed at fostering spiritual growth and career success.

In his remarks, the Royal Ambassador Life Pastor, Coun. Rev. Dr. Bayo Balogun, reminded the members to always uphold the virtues of the organisation in advancing God’s kingdom. He also congratulated them on the milestone and wished them well as they returned to their various homes and churches.

Delivering a goodwill message, FCT Youth President, Amb. Linus Alagoa, urged governments at all levels to prioritize youth empowerment programmes to tackle crime and unemployment in Nigeria.

The anniversary and jamboree, which attracted dignitaries and leaders of the FCT Baptist Conference, featured praise and worship, thanksgiving, presentation of gifts, certificates and awards, as well as prayers for the Royal Ambassadors and for the nation.
