Hope Restored as Governor’s Aide Settles Hospital Bills for Indigent Patients

The Personal Assistant to the Governor of Kaduna State, Yvonne Okeke, has reaffirmed her commitment to supporting vulnerable families in society.
Okeke gave the assurance while providing financial assistance to underprivileged patients at Maitama District Hospital, Abuja, by settling their outstanding medical bills.
She stressed that the initiative focuses on vulnerable children, as well as women, men and families facing financial hardship and struggling to meet the cost of critical medical treatment.
She also said the gesture was part of her unwavering commitment to humanitarian service and supporting vulnerable members of society, with plans to expand the initiative to Kaduna, Anambra, Lagos and other states of the federation.
Okeke said settling their hospital bills would help ease the financial burden on the families and enable them to continue receiving the care they need.
Many of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude, saying the support came at a time of great uncertainty, offering not only financial relief but also renewed hope.
