Igwe Celebrates Otuaru At Birthday, Praises Capacity-Building Programmes
A critical stakeholder in the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) and Imo State Coordinator, Prince Emeka Igwe, has congratulated the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Chief Dennis Brutu Otuaru, Ph.D., on the occasion of his birthday.
Igwe, in a congratulatory message, commended Otuaru for what he described as his distinctive programmes and initiatives aimed at securing a better future for the Niger Delta through capacity building and human capital development.
He said the Administrator’s focus on equipping beneficiaries with relevant skills and opportunities was worthy of recognition, particularly as such initiatives could contribute to sustainable development and improved livelihoods across the Niger Delta region.
The Imo State Coordinator described Otuaru as a detribalised leader whose approach to leadership reflects a commitment to inclusiveness and the broader interests of the region.
“Your distinctive programmes aimed at securing the future of the Niger Delta Region through capacity building are well appreciated by men of vision. Bravo! Detribalised leader,” Igwe said.
He prayed for greater wisdom, divine direction and continued strength for the Administrator as he carries out his responsibilities, while wishing him many more years of impactful service.
