Kogi’s Dr. Ocholi Joins TETFund Board of Trustees
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Hassan Abdulrahman Ocholi as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund), representing the North Central geopolitical zone.
Dr. Ocholi is an experienced professional with a distinguished background in public service, administration, scientific research, and policy engagement. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Public Health, and a degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution, among other postgraduate qualifications.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ocholi has contributed significantly to national development through research, policy advocacy, and grassroots mobilization initiatives, earning recognition for his commitment to public service.
President Tinubu congratulated the new appointee and encouraged him to make meaningful contributions to the implementation of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda. With his broad professional experience and representation of the North Central region, Dr. Ocholi is expected to strengthen TETFund’s strategic mandate and support the advancement of tertiary education in Nigeria.
Dr. Hassan Abdulrahman Ocholi is from Oganenigwu Ward in Dekina Local Government Area of Kogi State, North Central Nigeria.
