NAZAS Boosts Education, Empowerment in FCT

About 40 vulnerable people in the FCT have received support worth ₦11.916 million, while over 150 pupils benefited from the payment of school fees.

The intervention is part of efforts by the NASFAT Agency for Zakat and Sadaqat (NAZAS) to provide assistance to the less privileged in society.
Chairman of NAZAS FCT Zone, Alhaji Isiaq Ajibola, said the programme demonstrates the agency’s commitment to supporting vulnerable members of the community.
He explained that the agency’s interventions cover economic empowerment, scholarships for indigent students, and medical assistance for vulnerable persons.
Ajibola urged beneficiaries to make good use of the support, become self-reliant, and extend assistance to others in the future. He also commended donors for helping the agency restore hope to vulnerable families.
