TMA – Nigeria Appoints Shitery Panjiel As Executive Director

The Turnaround Management Association of Nigeria, TMA+ Nigeria, has appointed Mr Shitery Panjiel as its Executive Director.

This is contained in a statement issued and made available to newsmen in Abuja by the Chairman of Turnaround Management Association of Nigeria, Mr Dele Bello – Williams.

An Accountant by training, Mr Shitery Panjiel is recognized for his strategic vision, disciplined execution and proven ability to design and implement systems that enhance operational efficiency, financial stewardship, accountability and sustainable organizational growth.

Mr Panjiel brings over 20 years of distinguished leadership experience in operations, finance, v administration and strategic management across the nonprofit, energy, logistics and development sectors.

He holds several prestigious certifications, including: Fellowship in Proposal & Grant Writing – Institute for Development and Research (USA), 2022,
– Advanced Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK, 2020
– Associate International Expert Consultant (UK), 2020
– – Project Management Certification – Global Fund/ARFH, 2016
– Certified Financial Literacy Trainer
– GIZ, 2019.

His appointment reinforces TMA – Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening institutional capacity, promoting professional excellence and advancing best practices in turnaround management, corporate restructuring and business recovery actors Nigeria.

Mr Panjiel throughout his career has held several high -level positions which include: General Manager, Ladi Maji Foundation, General Manager, Operations – Triscord Energies, Head of Finance of Youngsters Foundation International among others.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Shitery Panjiel expressed enthusiasm that he’s deeply honored to join TMA – Nigeria as Executive Director.
