Yagba Summit: Babagbemi Hails Organizers, Alh. Bisimilahi’s Message

Pastor Babagbemi Joseph Adejola has expressed deep appreciation to the people of Yagba, the organizing committee, and Mopamuro Local Government Area for the successful hosting of the just-concluded Yagba Summit held in Mopa.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Monday, Pastor Adejola described the summit as a timely and step towards uniting Yagba sons and daughters for common development goals.

He lauded the efforts of the organizers for their diligence and foresight in convening a gathering of such magnitude.

“I congratulate the entire Yagba indigenes for their active participation and unwavering interest in the affairs of our land. I also appreciate the organizing committee for their hard work, sacrifice, and commitment to the cause of unity and development. Their work has not gone unnoticed,” Pastor Adejola said.

He also extended his appreciation to the host local government, Mopamuro, for providing a conducive environment and warm hospitality throughout the duration of the summit.

Pastor Adejola gave special commendation to all the paper presenters for their insightful contributions and called for the immediate implementation of key resolutions to guide policy and grassroots development in Yagba land.

He particularly praised the Chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Tajudeen Bisimilahi, for his bold and truthful remarks which, according to him, captured the spirit of the summit.

“Alhaji Bisimilahi spoke with clarity, courage, and conviction. His words were not just true but prophetic in urging us to embrace oneness and unity for the envisaged growth and advancement of Yagba land. I stand with him in that message and I call on all stakeholders to do same,” Pastor Adejola added.

He concluded by reaffirming his commitment to the Yagba cause and urged all sons and daughters of the land to continue to work together in peace and mutual respect.
