Senate Adjourns Budget Defence for FRCN, Other Agencies”

The Budget Defence by the Director General of Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria FRCN Dr. Muhammad Bulama and some agencies under the Ministry of Information and National Orientation before the Senate Committee on Information and National Orientation has been adjourned.

The DG who had earlier appeared before the Committee to defend the Budget was accompanied by Director Finance and Account Mallam Musa Bako, Director of Engineering services, Mallam Sanda Askira and Director Corporate Development and Communication Usana Omame

The Chairman Senate Committee on Information and National Orientation, Chief Kenneth Eze, in his remarks said the Senate was committed to supporting the agencies under Ministry of Information and National Orientation in driving the Policies and Programmes of the Present administration in achieving its Renewed Hope Agenda

The Senate Committee attended to the Nigeria Press Council, National Orientation Agency and NAN before adjourning till next week.

President Bola Tinubu had on 18th of December 2024 Presented the 49.7 trillion Naira 2025 Budget Proposal and the National Assembly commenced budget Defence on the 7th of January
