Gov. Mutfwang Rejoices with Col. Naanzem Henrietta Longpoe on Her Promotion

Governor Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang of Plateau State has joined other well-wishers in congratulating Col. Naanzem Henrietta Longpoe, Ph.D., on her well-deserved promotion from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel in the Nigerian Army.

In a statement signed by his Director of Press and Public Affairs, Dr.

Gyang Bere, Governor Mutfwang described Col. Longpoe as a trustworthy and patriotic daughter of Plateau State who continues to make the state proud through her outstanding service and dedication to the Nigerian Army.

He commended her commitment, resilience, and professionalism since her commissioning into the Army, noting that her promotion is a well-earned recognition of her hard work, discipline, and excellence.

The Governor expressed confidence that Col. Longpoe will continue to make remarkable contributions toward fulfilling the Nigerian Army’s mandate of safeguarding the nation’s unity and territorial integrity.

Governor Mutfwang also urged her to remain steadfast in her duties and to continue being a worthy ambassador of Plateau State—embodying the virtues of peace, hard work, humility, and unity that represent the Plateau spirit.

He wished her continued success as she advances in her illustrious military career.
