The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Udeme Edet, disclosed this in a statement made available to newsmen in Makurdi on Monday.

Recall that about eight persons were said to have been killed by cultists in the early hours of Monday, May 11, 2026, at Aliade Street in Makurdi town.
