Hon. Yakubu Dogara, former Speaker of the House of Representatives and Chairman of the Board of the Credit Guarantee Company Limited (NCGC), has paid a glowing tribute to Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, as he marks his 69th birthday.
