Emirates has announced the suspension of all its flights to and from Dubai International Airport until further notice following drone attacks reported near the airport, which serves as the airline’s main hub.

The airline disclosed this in a statement shared on its official page on X (Twitter) on Monday morning, March 16, informing passengers that flight operations have been temporarily halted while authorities assess the situation.

According to the airline, it is currently working closely with relevant authorities to monitor developments and determine when it will be safe to resume normal flight operations from the Dubai airport as tensions and the ongoing conflict with Iran continue to escalate.
Emirates also advised passengers not to travel to the airport at this time.
Customers were urged to keep checking the airline’s travel update page for the latest information regarding flight schedules and the possible resumption of services.
The airline expressed appreciation to passengers for their patience and understanding during the disruption.
It added that the safety of passengers and crew members remains its top priority as it continues to monitor the situation closely.
