FCTA Workers Stage One-Day Solidarity Strike Over alleged Unpaid Salaries in Kuje Area Council

Business and official activities across the six Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory were brought to a standstill as council workers stayed away from their duty posts.

Reports have it that in some of the Area Council Secretariats, workers embarked on a solidarity strike in support of their counterparts in the Kuje Area Council, who allegedly have not been paid their last month’s salary.
