JOHN MAYAKI DOES NOT SPEAK FOR GOV OKPEBHOLO

The attention of the Office of the Governor of Edo State has been drawn to unauthorized statements being issued by Mr. John Mayaki, a former Chief Press Secretary to the immediate-past Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki.

These unauthorized statements do not reflect the official position of the Governor’s Office on any matter and should be disregarded.

Mr. Mayaki, as a citizen of Nigeria, has the right to express his views on any matter. However, his personal views should not be attributed to Governor Okpebholo.

The Governor’s official spokespersons have been duly appointed and announced by Senator Monday Okpebholo. They can be reached through their verified contact information.

The public is advised to verify any information attributed to the Governor through official channels only.
