This historic event highlights the vital role women have played in enhancing law enforcement and fostering public trust across the country.

This was contained in a statement signed by CSP Benjamin Hundeyin, Force Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, Abuja, and made available to journalists in Abuja.

According to the statement, the Inspector-General of Police will join serving and retired female officers to celebrate this landmark occasion, scheduled to hold from December 3rd to 4th, 2025.

The IGP commended the invaluable contributions of female officers to the operational efficiency and public image of the Force, noting that their dedication, compassion, and professionalism have remained central to the foundation of modern policing in Nigeria.

Over the past seven decades, women of the Nigeria Police Force have excelled in diverse roles ranging from administration and investigations to tactical operations and command leadership.
