Tinubu Commissions Gomani Road, Boosts Rural Connectivity

President Bola Tinubu has commissioned the newly completed Gomani-Dafa-Yangoji Road in Kwali Area Council for public use.
During the commissioning ceremony in Kwali, Abuja, President Tinubu, represented by the President of the Senate, , said the road reflects the government’s commitment to bridging the infrastructure gap between Abuja’s city centre and its satellite towns.

President Tinubu emphasized that the era of abandoned projects is over, assuring Nigerians that all ongoing infrastructure projects will receive adequate funding.

Earlier, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, , disclosed that the road was awarded and completed within 12 months to ease the hardship faced by farmers and traders transporting farm produce in the Gomani area of Kwali.
Mr. Wike expressed delight that the road would help reduce post-harvest losses and urged residents of Gomani in Kwali Area Council to safeguard the infrastructure.
