YFDA President Marks Birthday and 10th Wedding Anniversary, Gives Thanks to God for His Faithfulness

The Parish Priest of St. Michael Catholic Church, Kado, Abuja, Rev. Dr. Peter Otache, has urged couples to always allow God to guide the affairs of their families for the betterment of society.
Rev. Dr. Otache gave the advice in Kado, Abuja, during the birthday celebration and 10th wedding anniversary of the President of Youth Forum for Development in Africa (YFDA), Amb. Dr. Paschal Anyanwu.
The priest, who described the family as a vital component of society, also encouraged couples to embrace agape love and remain committed to building godly homes that will contribute to national progress.
He further advised Nigerians to always reflect on the value of life and appreciate God’s faithfulness as they grow older.
In his goodwill message, the National Security Adviser of the Coalition of CEOs of NGOs in Nigeria, Bishop Silas Okwudirichukwu, congratulated Amb. Dr. Paschal Anyanwu on his birthday and 10th wedding anniversary, wishing him continued success in the years ahead.
Bishop Okwudirichukwu described Amb. Dr. Anyanwu as a visionary youth leader and urged him to sustain his humanitarian efforts and self-reliance programmes for Nigerian youths.
In his vote of thanks, the celebrant, Amb. Dr. Paschal Anyanwu—who also serves as President of the Coalition of NGOs and CEOs in Nigeria—expressed profound gratitude to God for His faithfulness upon his life, family, and endeavours.
He also appreciated his wife, Mrs. Paschal Anyanwu, for her prayers and unwavering support, and thanked all guests for honouring his invitation.
Amb. Dr. Anyanwu encouraged Nigerians to continually give thanks to God in every circumstance as a way of attracting divine favour and blessings.
Highlights of the double celebration included the cutting of cakes, musical performances, presentation of gifts, prayers for the celebrant and his family, and the induction of Amb. Dr. Paschal Anyanwu as a Road Safety Mayor by the Coalition of NGOs on Road Safety in Nigeria, among others.
