Just in.: unidentified lady murdered, dumped near state poly in Lafia

Unidentified young lady has been reportedly murdered with the lifeless body dumped around Ombi 1 community close to the state owned Mustapha Agwei Polytechnic in Lafia.

The incident , City Post learnt occured barely a week after a self acclaimed gospel singer killed and dismembered a youth Corper, Salome Adaidu, in Nasarawa state.

The Lafia city centre, the Ombi 1 community, where the lifeless young lady was discovered, has been thrown into panic, confusion and apprehension.

It would be noted that the Ombi 1 community predominantly dominated by hoodlums, and others who disguised as students of the State Polytechnic located in the area has gradually become a black spot for nefurious activities. .

Investigation conducted by our Correspondent in the area has revealed that the lady was brutally murdered and her body dragged from a junction and dumped behind a compound on Saturday night, where it was later discovered Sunday morning.

Unconfirmed Source have however claimed that the Area Command of the police have commenced an investigation into the matter

The police authorities have called on members of the public to assist in identifying the deceased.
