Hon. Obika Embodies Purpose-Driven Leadership, Observes Former AMAC Secretary

A former council secretary of the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC), Hon. Idris Tanko Mohammed Karshi, has said that a true leader, ordained by God, is one who exemplifies character, compassion, and service, describing Hon.
The former council secretary made the remarks while speaking to selected media houses in Abuja earlier in the week.
According to him, Obika is a servant-leader who identifies with the people, shares in their struggles, and listens attentively before speaking. He noted that Obika’s actions are guided by a genuine spirit of service, bringing renewed hope to markets, villages, and communities across AMAC and Bwari.
He further stated that Obika’s presence uplifts the poor, empowers the youth, and boldly stands for justice. He said the lawmaker’s leadership style is marked by humility, accountability, and the fear of God, qualities that distinguish him from conventional politics.
Describing the legislator’s leadership as a purpose-driven gift from God, Karshi said those with discernment can see the difference, while those who have felt the impact understand the reality. He added that God is using Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika as an instrument of progress and peace.
He noted that the people of AMAC/Bwari have recognised Hon. Obika’s selfless service, stressing that it is evident he remains a blessing at the grassroots level.
“As he continues to serve, prayers are being offered for his strength, wisdom, and increased grace to effectively carry out his responsibilities.
“With a heart firmly rooted in service, Hon. Joshua Chinedu Obika MRH is indeed a chosen leader, a trusted servant, and a blessing to the people.
“His leadership stands as a testimony to God-first leadership, and it is clear why he remains the people’s choice,” he concluded.
