An aspirant for the Yagba Federal Constituency seat, Pastor Babagbemi Adejola, has reaffirmed his commitment to attracting increased Federal Government presence and development to the constituency.

Babagbemi made the pledge while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday in Abuja, stating that the people of Yagba deserved greater attention in terms of infrastructure, social services, and economic opportunities.

According to him, the constituency has, over the years, not received its fair share of federal projects, adding that his representation would focus on bridging that gap through effective engagement with relevant authorities.

“I am committed to ensuring that Yagba Federal Constituency gets adequate Federal Government attention. This will be achieved through purposeful representation, strategic lobbying, and sustained engagement with ministries, departments, and agencies,” he said.

He emphasised the need for improved road networks, better healthcare facilities, quality education, and youth empowerment programmes across the constituency.

Babagbemi also noted that agriculture and small-scale enterprises would be prioritised to boost local productivity and create jobs for the teeming youth population.

He called on the people of Yagba to support his aspiration, assuring them of inclusive leadership and transparent representation if elected.

“I understand the challenges our people face daily, and I am ready to be their voice at the national level. Together, we can attract meaningful development to our land,” he added.

Babagbemi further urged stakeholders in the constituency to unite in pursuit of progress, stressing that collective effort was key to achieving sustainable development.

The aspirant reiterated his resolve to maintain close contact with constituents, ensuring that their needs and concerns are adequately represented at the federal level.
