Full Breakdown of APC Senatorial Flagbearers Across Nigeria for 2027 Polls

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a compiled list of its senatorial candidates across Nigeria ahead of the 2027 general elections. However, some senatorial districts are still pending or inconclusive due to internal disagreements, zoning arrangements, and delays in conducting primaries.


In Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu emerged as the candidate for Abia North, while Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jr will contest for Abia South, and Emeka Atuma for Abia Central.
In Adamawa State, Umaru Fintiri is listed for Adamawa North and Felix Tangwami for Adamawa South.
Akwa Ibom State has Godswill Akpabio for North-West, Aniekan Bassey for North-East, and Ekong Sampson for the South senatorial district.
In Anambra State, Nelson Onubuogu will represent Anambra North, Kene Chiedu Ngozi Benedicta for Anambra Central, and Chibuogu Oraelusi for Anambra South.
Bauchi State has Yakubu Abdullahi for Bauchi South and Ibrahim Baba for Bauchi North.
Bayelsa State candidates include Fidelis Agbiki (West), Friday Kombowei Benson (Central), and Israel Sunny-Goli (East).
In Benue State, Dave Padopads-Awunah is listed for Benue North-West, Gabriel Suswam for North-East, and Francis Agbo for Benue South.
Borno State has Kaka Shehu for Central, Ali Ndume for South, and Tahir Monguno for North.
Cross River State features Jarigbe Jarigbe (North), Oden Ewa (Central), and Asuquo Ekpenyong (South).
Delta State candidates are Ede Dafinone (Central), Ifeanyi Okowa (North), and Joel-Onowakpo Thomas (South).
Edo State has Adams Oshiomhole for North, Joseph Ikpea for Central, and Ogbeide-Ihama Omoregie for South.
Ekiti State includes Opeyemi Bamidele (Central), Cyril Fasuyi (North), and Yemi Adaramodu (South).
Enugu State has Osita Ngwu (West), Kelvin Chukwu (East), and Ikeje Asogwa (North).
Gombe State candidates are Inuwa Yahaya (North), Mohammed Ahmed (Central), and Jerry Damara (South).
Imo State lists Alex Mbata (East), Hope Uzodimma (West), and Patrick Ndubueze (North).
In Jigawa State, Babangida Hussain is for North-West, Ahmed Malam Madori for North-East, and Sani Garba for South-West.
Kaduna State features Ramalan Yero (North), Shehu Sani (Central), and Sunday Katung (South).
Kano State has Jibrin Barau (North), Ibrahim Shekarau (Central), and Abdulrahman Kawu (South).
Katsina State includes Mutari Dandutse (South), Nasir Daura (North), and Abdulaziz Yar’Adua (Central).
Kebbi State candidates are Adamu Aliero (Central), Yahaya Abdullahi (North), and Jafar Gajere (South).
Kogi State lists Joseph Erico (East), Yahaya Bello (Central), and Sunday Karimi (West).
Kwara State has Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq (Central), Sadiq Umar (North), and Olalekan Adewoye (South).
Lagos State features Wasiu Eshinlokun (Central), Idiat Adebule (West), and Tokunbo Abiru (East).
In Nasarawa State, Abdullahi Sule is listed for North and Faisal Shuaib for West.
Niger State candidates include Idris Kutigi (South), Sani Musa (East), and Sani Bello (North).
Ogun State has Dapo Abiodun (East), Jimoh Ojugbele (West), and Shuaib Salisu (Central).
Ondo State features Gbenga Elegbeleye (North), Taiwo Fasoranti (Central), and Isaacs Kekemeke (South).
Osun State includes Francis Fadahunsi (East), Adekunle Adeogoke (Central), and Akintunde Oyebiyi (West).
Oyo State lists Remi Oseni (South) and Yunus Akintunde (Central).
Plateau State has David Barji (Central), Simon Lalong (South), and Simon Mwadkwon (North).
Rivers State includes Felix Obuah (West), Allwell Onyesoh (East), and Barry Mwara (South-East).
Sokoto State candidates are Aliyu Wamakko (Central), Umaru Ajiya (East), and Ibrahim Danbaba (South).
Taraba State has Manu Haruna (Central) and David Jimkuta (South).
Yobe State features Mai Mala Buni (East), Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan (North), and Ibrahim Bomai (South).
Zamfara State includes Abdulaziz Yari (West), Ikra Bilbis (Central), and Sahabi Ya’u (North).
For the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Philip Aduda is listed as the senatorial candidate.
The party noted that some districts not included are still pending, inconclusive, or awaiting primaries due to internal disputes, zoning issues, logistical challenges, or postponements.
