Dr. Dominic Alancha Declares Interest in APC Deputy National Publicity Secretary Role

Dr. Dominic Alancha has officially expressed his interest in contesting for the position of Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of the party’s forthcoming national convention scheduled for March 2026.

Alancha said his decision followed “deep reflection and due consultations,” noting his willingness to also consider any other National Working Committee (NWC) position zoned to his home state, Benue.

The aspirant stated that his goal is to “inject visibility and add vibrancy” to the party, emphasizing his long-standing role in defending APC’s values across various media platforms since its formation.

Dr. Alancha, an active member of the party, highlighted his belief in the pivotal role of the younger generation in shaping the future of APC.

He described the current recruitment process as “timely” and called for support from critical stakeholders within the party to advance his political ambition.

He concluded his statement by seeking counsel and assistance from party leaders and supporters, expressing optimism about contributing positively to the party’s national agenda.
