CLERIC URGES PRESIDENT TINUBU TO REVIEW PERFORMANCE OF APPOINTEES

The General Evangelist of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas, Prophet Hezekiah Oladeji, has advised President Bola Tinubu to use his midterm celebration to review the performance of his appointees and some of the economic policies.

Evangelist Oladeji gave the advice in Abuja at the commencement of a 3day special prayer session for the Nation

According to him president Tinubu need to review the performance of Ministries, Departments and Agencies of government and see where necessary adjustment and consolidation were needed.

Evangelist Oladeji expressed confidence that Tinubu would make good impact before the end of his tenure stressing that he knew he had good intensions for the country.

He however, advised Nigerians to keep praying for the president to succeed in leading Nigeria to greater heights.

“We should also pray for him not to forget that God place him in the position for a purpose. Pray that he should keep working on that purpose.

On the challenges of unemployment, kidnapping and others confronting the country,Evangelist. Oladaji attributed it to growing population, without commiserate productive population.

Evangelist Oladeji encouraged more people to go into farming, while urging government to create more job opportunities and the enabling environment for people, especially the youth to go into farming and production.

He said that not all citizens, can be governors, members of the national assembly, or gain white collar jobs, but anyone can venture into agric-business.

“As our students are graduating from Universities we should training them in agricultural business instead of them seating at home unemployed, we can procure farming tools and modern technology for them to practice agriculture’’

He assured that the church would continue to compliment government’s efforts in alleviating the plight of the downtrodden in the society

“As Principal Officer of CAC I can tell you that the church do not believe in amassing wealth, but to take care of the needy, that is our mission,’’
