Dr. Ukoha Appointed Secretary of Legislative Budget and Planning, Presents Appointment Letter to Senator David Mark

Dr. Obasi David Ukoha, the newly appointed Secretary of the Directorate of Legislative Budget and Planning (Permanent Secretary) at the National Assembly, has formally presented his appointment letter to former President of the Senate, H.E. Senator David A. B. Mark, GCON, in Abuja.
Dr. Ukoha, who serves as the personal physician to Senator Mark, received commendation for his new role, which underscores his expertise and dedication in service, with Senator Mark expressing confidence in Dr. Ukoha’s ability to excel in his new position.
The Directorate of Legislative Budget and Planning plays a critical role in providing professional advice on budgeting, financial planning, and legislative oversight at the National Assembly.
